First of all, if you need any advice about refunds, returns or exchanges: thank you! We’re really grateful to you for supporting our small business. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if something’s wrong, let us know so that we can make it right.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

If you decide to cancel your purchase before we manage to ship your products, we will refund your purchase in full.

YOUR RIGHT TO A REFUND

If you change your mind about your purchase within 7 days of us shipping your order, get in touch. We will help you return it for a full refund, as long as you post it back to us in the original packaging and in pristine condition.

YOUR RIGHT TO EXCHANGE

If for any reason your Crumbs by Collette product doesn’t reach you in perfect condition, let us know within 14 days of placing your order. We will exchange any product which arrives defective or damaged for a replacement product, or for an equivalent amount of store credit, provided you send us the faulty one back in the original packaging. The course of action taken will depend on the situation, and we will try and work out the best solution for everyone. We may ask for some evidence of the condition the product arrived in, so that we can take it up with the appropriate delivery service.

AND FINALLY…

We may update this policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or just plain unexpected reasons. We’re still new to this, so we’ll tweak things until we get it right.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from https://www.crumbsbycollette.co.uk (the “Site”).
